Ok, that's how the thingie works. Inside our eyes are billion of cells which sensitive to light. For example when you look at the sun for seconds, it damages your eye cells which courses shortly of blind. This pic works the same, but totally safe if you do not concentrate on it for more than 30s :) . When you look at the picture for 30 seconds, it's enough to slightly damage to your eyes cells. So the white part of the image will appear to blind (dark) and the black part will be viewable (lighter), until a certain time when your eyes cells are repaired. This makes a inverse image of the original picture. Looks like this:
